kicker recommendations

kicker recommendations

Hi,

I want to add a kicker to a 2460 Denali and looking for any recommendations on hp, shaft length, mounting bracket and manufacturer.

I've been considering a four stroke 9.9 Honda or Yamaha high thrust. Will 9 hp be plenty for trolling and is there any advantage of one over the other?

My suzuki is a high thrust 9.9 with and extra long shaft(25 inch). The Pooderbuilt lift has 26 inches of vertical travel. It looks very well built. See their website. A few options you could consider: Tr 1 autopilot (I wish I had), trollmaster-steers and controls speed, panther t4 steering. We have a lot of wind and current so keeping a straight line can be challenging. The autopilot works well for this. I have seen it in action.

thanks for the advice! I will take a look at the suzuki and consider the auto pilot
