New guy buying a Pursuit 280S

This is old cat who has been boating for 40 years. I started sailing, then fishing, then express cruising. I am also a 50 ton master. I plan to do more inshore fishing, river rides, and pulling the grandkids in a tube. I live near New Orleans and spend time in Lake Pontchartrain and along the Gulf Coast. I plan to buy my first Pursuit, a 2013 280 S this week. I'appreciate any advice and guidance you experienced Pursuit owners can share.

Had a 2870 and loved it, The 280 is a looker. Congrats!
