3070 battery slide tray

Postby shawley » Sun Oct 02, 2016 10:13 am

Did you ever resolve your problem. We just purchased a 2002 3070 Express and I am having the same trouble. The tray will slide back about an inch and then stop. I think my house battery is weak but I tried the parallel switch and it didn't help. I also tried to unpin the ram and slide the try by hand. That didn't work. I am thinking the track that the tray is on may be corroded or something. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Shawn
