Armstrong center pole ladder

Has anyone installed an Armstrong center pole ladder on a OS 315? I would like to know if it can be done.

Armstrong center pole ladder

I have been having problems with my original 2009 315 OS ladder. It is very difficult to get up to the boat. What where you able to due? did you change the ladder?
