Try this: toss a bucket or two off the stern cleats. you can also drop the drive and use the skeg to "move her hip in or out (with motor off). I hope I am making sense? The obvious answer is to use 2 hooks but the buckets cheaper and will allow everyone to swing even. twin screws will swing a boat faster as well.
