Air conditioning valve location?

Just bought a 1999 pursuit 2870wa. I cant find the valve for the air conditioning. The blower works, but not water is coming out of the hole on side of boat. The owners manual says nothing. Any ideas?

Mine is under a step in a 315 OS, have you checked there? you would hand twist to burp the air out
