Pursuit Customer Service

Would like to give a big thumbs down to Pursuit customer service. I recently had some issues with my Pursuit and could not get them on the phone. I called 3 times in a weeks period and left my name, phone number and hull number with the person answering the phone. Nothing. I expected a lot more.

I hope they get back to you and give you the service required...I have bought two new Pursuits in the last 5 years and their telephone and email response has always been terrific...there is a fellow on Tech Services..his name escapes me but I remember he is originally from upstate New York...Ithaca area..and he is very sharp and goes the extra step to get what you need.....you need to get past the operator ! good luck

Ty's no longer there, Doug Miner had answered all my new stuff.

On a side note, reading this thread, I did get forwarded to Tiara as that's where my hull was built and they never responded...

I exchanged some emails with Tim and he was excellent....I told him I would share his good customer service and he seemed like he was just too shy to take the Kudos!

I have also had very good results emailing thier customer service and they have had info I was looking for on my 2000 3000 express
